We love our new floors! Our floors exceeded our expectations, and the demo/installation wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. David assisted in solving some problems we had in regards to the removal of layers of other floor products before the new floor could be installed. The crew he sent to work on our project did an excellent job, and were a delight to have in our home. After installation, we had a question regarding one plank in the floor. David came over that very day, looked at it and sent someone over to fix it the very next day....really, it's true, the very next day! We were very pleased with the service we received!

We had a great experience having a new laminate floor installed. Jaz and Lewis were on time and did the dinning room, ,kitchen, and two hallways plus placing new mouldings in 1 1/2 days. They did a great professional job.

The Hardwood Floor Company went above and beyond in the installation of hardwood flooring throughout my entire house and tile in the bathrooms. The crew showed excellent craftsmanship and were nice enough to let me hover over and answer my many questions. Very professional from the owner on down. The two men that installed the wood floor were very good at their jobs, and helped with a couple of other problems. The overall water damage claim process was a nightmare. The people we had to go through(water damage removal and sub-floor repair)were not very good problem solvers, and caused a lot of problems themselves. When David and his team took over their part of the process, it was like the light at the end of the tunnel. Good job you guys.

Now that we have lived with the floor refinishing for about three months, we are very pleased with the result. The floor (hickory) seems brighter and the surface shows no scratches. The BONA finish is much harder than the original and cleans easily. The crew and lead were hard working and knew their business.

David and Sandra worked week after week as we all sorted through the insurance claim and damage repair process. Each insurance claim is different so we all learned new things about the process along the way. We all worked together and got the claim figured out and the hardwood floors were not only repaired but finished in a new color. The new stain and finish is beautiful, a classic dark-medium tone that will always be in style. The repair areas are invisible as if the appliance flood that ruined our floors never happened. There was some clean-up that was neglected but we were grateful for all that had been done on our behalf. Had we brought the clean up areas to their attention (sawdust on walkways, in door tracks), it would have been taken care of. We recommend The Hardwood Floor Co LLC with confidence.

My husband and I are very pleased with our new floors. Our home was built 4 years ago with hardwoods in the main living spaces and carpet in the bedrooms. We wanted to replace the carpet and match the existing hardwood floors. Unfortunately the material used was no longer available. David and his team were able to match it beautifully. Instillation went smoothly (they even cleaned up the sawdust on the sidewalk!) Everyone we had contact with were friendly and professional. A job well done. Two happy customers. ☺️😊

I am grateful to the Hardwood Floor Company. My house was built in1911 and thr Douglas fir floor were under a lot of tile and glue and very hard to access,the crew was hard working and did an amazing job of restoring the 105 year old wood floor. Our hardwood floor was flooded because of an refrigerator filter leak. The flood had to be replaced and/or refinished. Dave Koski and his crew did a great job of replacing damage floor, sanding , and matching the previous finish. When the floor was done, there were some touchups that needed attention. Dave immediately assessed the areas and took action to correct the situation. We would highly recommend The Hardwood Floor Company any flooring needs. The owner and crew were courteous, conscientious and professional.

We had a new re-manufactured wood installed late last year by the Hardwood Floor Company. The employees were very helpful, always on time (if you worked with many contractors you know how unusual this is) and were exceptionally neat. I could not believe how quickly they completed the job it was amazing. About three weeks ago, we needed to move our very heavy dresser out to plug in our DVD player. We didn't realize that one of the feet had broken on the dresser. Bottom line, there was a nail that did quite a number on the beautiful floor. I was very upset. I wasn't sure what could be done. After a few weeks I decided to at least call the Hardwood Floor Company and see what they suggested. This is unbelievable, but, they were able to send their lead installer, Justin, out within a few hours. He completed the job within a very short time frame and it is back to looking perfect. I know some of this was lucky timing, but, it is greatly appreciated, and so is Justin.

The crew assigned to my project of removing existing tile in the kitchen and bath then replacing with wood went well. It was a messy job to take 10 year tile out but they closed off the area and kept dust to a minimum. The installer for the wood was very detailed and it looks great.

I had The Hardwood Floor Company refinish floors in a house I had on the market. I checked in the day the work started and then once at the end. Everything was thoughtfully and professionally done. There was very little dust for me to clean up and the property was left in good condition. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Sandra was awesome to work with! She came to the house and helped me make the right decisions on what type and color of flooring would be best for my home and lifestyle. When we set a date, the installing crew arrived at the allotted time - cleaned up after themselves beautifully and came back to make minor repairs and everyone was always so pleasant. The clean up crew was amazing leaving my entire house dust free. I would for sure use them again and recommend them highly to my friends.
